Youth Programs

At Community Collaboration of Delaware, we aspire to provide local families with affordable before and after-school programming that focuses on educational, nutritional, recreational, and social development activities. We believe that this holistic, multifaceted approach to youth development will assist local youth in becoming the best versions of themselves.

CCD, in partnership with Colonial School District, currently provides extended school care programming to 75 students from Carrie Downie Elementary School. CCD leadership hopes to provide this cost-effective resource to even more local families in the near future!  

Our summer camp model provides cost effective summer camp options for local Delaware youth and their families. Community Collaboration of Delaware's summer camps emphasize the promotion of youth development in a safe and structured environment that is packed with fun-filled activities.

 

Since the Summer of 2022, CCD, in collaboration with Colonial School District, has provided a free, four-week summer camp program to 100 students from Carrie Downie Elementary School, located in New Castle, DE.
