Community Collaboration of Delaware, Inc. (CCD) hosts its Fifth Annual Golf Classic at the beautiful Back Creek Golf Club on Friday, May 8th.

Nestled in Middletown, DE, Back Creek Golf Club is celebrated for its beautifully designed 18-hole course and well-equipped driving range, providing the area’s best ‘links-style’ rounds with unmatched attention to detail.

Event registration begins at 11am with a 12pm shotgun start. Lunch will be provided. Reception & Dinner post-event.

Multiple prize holes and contests will be offered. Team prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.

Your Support Matters
Event proceeds will benefit CCD's adult recovery and community outreach programs. CCD's recovery program, formally known as the CARE Program, provides housing and case management to individuals as they navigate the challenges of recovering from a substance use disorder. CCD's CORE Program provides community-based outreach services to individuals who have experienced health disparities related to race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, housing status, and substance use related stigmas.
