LIFT Program

Why LIFT Matters?
-
The Challenge: Opioid overdoses in Claymont (19703) rose 18% from 2016–2019, and recovery services have been hard to find locally.
-
The Solution: LIFT offers on-site peer recovery support for those struggling with opioid use disorder (OUD), stimulant use disorder (STUD), and related challenges.
-
Our Goal: Reduce overdose deaths, improve access to care, and build stronger, healthier neighborhoods.
