• The Challenge: Opioid overdoses in Claymont (19703) rose 18% from 2016–2019, and recovery services have been hard to find locally.

 

• The Solution: LIFT offers on-site peer recovery support for those struggling with opioid use disorder (OUD), stimulant use disorder (STUD), and related challenges.

 

• Our Goal: Reduce overdose deaths, improve access to care, and build stronger, healthier neighborhoods.

Support That Works

 

LIFT brings innovative, evidence-based peer recovery support services to Claymont. Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists are people with lived experience who offer:

 

• Culturally Caring Support: Non-judgmental help tailored to your unique needs, especially for minoritized groups and marginalized communities.

• Connections to Care: Links to treatment, mental health support, and harm reduction services.

• On-Site Groups: Join peer led meetings such as SMART Recovery.

• Life Essentials: Help with housing, jobs, transportation, and food access.

• Overdose Prevention: Free naloxone kits and education to save lives.

• Strength for Tomorrow: Build skills and networks for lasting recovery.
